Friends are Friends book cover.
Design two alternate book covers for the fictitious book "Friends are Friends." "Friends are Friends" follows the story of two past best friends living seperate lives; a chance encounter brings the friends back into one another lives and they reminisce over past memories . Both covers are to surround the theme of friendship and the close bond between the two main characters.

This cover design is my Digital representation. I really like how this turned out as the vibrant colours look really nice printer on the silk canvas stock used. The book visually ties in together by using the two main colours green and purple; which can be seen in the friendship bracelet inspired border and the characters clothing. I added a lot of personal touches into this cover; I created by own typeface for this book title, I used the same design as the border on the girl's friendship bracelets, and I used contrast shapes and colours.
